L1 Prediction: How to Find Past Winning Rates on CPPP & GeM (2026)
Where to find past L1 on CPPP/GeM, how to use it to quote, and the limits of prediction — with Bid Bharat’s new Past Results card.
On this page
Where Past L1 Lives (and Why It Matters)
- CPPP: Tender detail →
Award of Contract (AOC)tab — showsContract Value(winning L1),Name of the selected bidder(s),Number of bids received,Contract Date. Example:2026_MES_761133_1 → GANGARAJU ENTERPRISES | ₹18,74,075 | 3 bids. - GeM:
Bid → Awarded→View Corrigendum/Award→ past bids show L1 perBid Number(e.g.,GEM/2026/B/123456). - State portals: Similar AOC, but some (like nProcure) hide AOC — Bid Bharat’s handles CPPP/GePNIC AOC.
Bid Bharat’s Past Results Card
On any awarded tender’s detail page, Bid Bharat shows a Past Results card with Awarded to, L1 Amount, Number of Bidders, and Award Date — sourced from the official Award of Contract (AOC) data with a note: “verify on official AOC”. Use it to quote ±5% of past L1 for similar work in the same state + category + city.
Limits — Don’t Chase L1 Blindly
- CAG audit found inconsistencies in GePNIC bid values (some
Contract Valueare estimates, not final). Treat L1 as as-published — always verify on the AOC detail page. - Factor your cost: Past L1 in
MumbaiforRoadmay be 15% higher thanBhopal— check the tender’scityon Bid Bharat before quoting. - Use range, not point: Quote
past L1 ±5%for similarcategory+subCategory+state, not exact L1.
