What NSIC SPRS Gives (Worth the Inspection)

Eligibility & Documents (Prepare Before Applying)

Must have: Udyam (MSME) + GSTIN + PAN + last 3 years turnover (CA certified) + plant & machinery list + quality manual + calibrated instruments list.
Process: https://www.nsic.co.in → Single Point Registration → New Registration → fill firm details → pay fee (₹5k–₹20k based on turnover) → physical inspection at your premises (NSIC officer visits, checks machinery, quality system, turnover docs) → SPRS certificate (valid 2 years, renew 30 days before expiry).

How to Claim Exemption (Don’t Upload in Wrong Section)

During bid: EMD Exemption section → select NSIC - SPRS (not Udyam alone) → enter NSIC Reg No. (e.g., NSIC/SPRS/12345) → upload SPRS certificate PDF (not Udyam). If you select Udyam without NSIC, GeM/CPPP will still ask for EMD.
